Facts about me :
1) I hope nobody actually reads these things.
2) Things are going downhill again, and I'm one step away from attempts again.
3) Am trying hard to get the right help, will start in a trauma group soon.
4) Have been on a waiting list to be admitted for over 6 weeks now...
5) They simply don't have room for me, even though it shouldn't take that long...
6) I had the self harm quite under control, there where months in between, but it's back to having the urges everyday and sometimes I just can't handle it anymore...
7) I did recently start medication, it's not helping yet, and the side effects are annoying, but there is some hope it'll work soon. (I really hope it'll help a bit)
8) The most side effects are gone, but the most difficult one remains: I'm constantly tired, no matter how much I sleep. (spent the whole Saturday sleeping, and still tired the whole Sunday)
9) I've been going to school less lately, because I simply can't manage.... Even though that's my standard answer when people ask me how I'm doing.
10) I've been feeling like crying and screaming for a few days now, so I might break soon..
